Our Founder: Nick Fromm
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Nick Fromm is a true local. After graduating from Moon Valley High School, he went on to earn his degree from Arizona State University. During college, Nick began working for a local pest control company, where he quickly discovered a passion for the industry.
Over the next six years, he developed his skills and gained hands-on experience before launching Fromms Pest Control in 2019. Since then, the company has grown into one of Arizona’s fastest-growing pest control businesses. Nick holds multiple advanced certifications, including Qualified Applicator Certification in industrial and institutional, wood-destroying, ornamental and turf, and right-of-way pest control.
With over a decade of experience, Nick has seen it all—from roach infestations and roof rats to scorpions in the most unexpected places. What drives him most is helping people and seeing the relief on customers’ faces after solving their pest problems.

More Than Just Business
Outside of work, Nick is a dedicated family man. His wife and two young daughters are his biggest motivation, inspiring him to grow both personally and professionally. He hopes one day they’ll carry on the family business.
Nick is also a passionate supporter of Arizona sports, especially the Cardinals and Suns. In his free time, he enjoys working out, hiking Camelback Mountain, and snowboarding during the winter months.
Beyond pest control, Nick is a licensed loan officer and real estate agent who owns several rental properties. He enjoys talking about finance and business whenever he gets the chance. And while he jokes about being the “worst golfer among his friends,” he values every moment spent on the course with them.
